All items we stock have Manufacturer Warranty*. In the event your ordered item/s are faulty we will accept returns for immediate** replacement / exchange or refund under the following conditions : |

B. If you are returning any item/s you must first cover the shipping cost back to us - if our R/A team determines the item has a manufacturing defect  we will reimburse all/part of the shipping costs†. |

C. If you are returning any item/s they must be in the same condition as you received them ( within reason ) and must be in their original packaging also in the same condition you received them. |

We do not accept returns under Warranty if the item/s have been improperly used or damaged because of misuse. We may agree to accept a damaged item for partial refund in special circumstances.
