The DORCO PL 602 is Nicknamed : The Singing Razor. The term "Singing" comes from the Straight Razors world where you can check the Shaving process by the sound the Razor produces when cutting through your whiskers. The Dorco PL 602 provides ample audio feedback while shaving so its easy to know what areas of your face might need another Shaving Pass. Many Safety Razors due to poor design cut facial hair without this audio feedback " Singing " quality.

The Dorco PL 602 has a very interesting design which makes it adjustable - you can change the blade gap or efficiency of the Razor after inserting your blade by simply tightening the Razor Head ( thats where the blade sits ) a little more or a little less than the marked spot on the Razor, so you will be able to easily set it up to your preference.

 

Because the DORCO PL 602 Razor has a Plastic Handle it is easy to cut the Handle with a small knife or saw to shorten the Razor Length so it can fit in the smallest Shave Kit Travel Bag.

 

These type of Shaving Devices are often referred to as : DE ( Double Edge) Razor, T-Shaped Razor or Safety Razor.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Dorco PL 602 is a very inexpensive but high quality Korean made razor with rave reviews on many Shaving Forums on how well it is made and performs.

With a Dorco PL 602 you will save money every time you Shave.
Depending on your hair and preferences in Shaving this Razor will cost you 5-10 times less than multi Blade Gillette Cartridges and provide a much smoother and closer Shave with less irritation.

You will need to master some easy to learn and basic DE Shaving skills but it will be well worth it.

Included in this package is x10 Dorco double edge Blades which are very mild and perfect for people with sensitive skin or light to medium strength facial hair. If your hair is course, quick growing, strong and tough try the Japanese Feather blades ( which are the sharpest Replacement Razor Blades you can buy ) Sold Seperately.

If you do own one and find it is too mild even when using Feather Replacement Blades and want to make it able to slice through your chin hairs even more efficiently you can insert a " SHIM " under your regular Replacement Blade - get an old discarded or new blade, using a pair of scissors cut the edge off both sides - usually about 4-5mm each side of the blades cutting edges and place this in your Razor first, under your regular Replacement Blade - which will make the Blade Gap larger making the Razor more efficient / effective for coarser growth.
